Applications are due February 28, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
All applicants must be rising High School Sophomores or older during summer 2025.
Counselor Training will take place May 31 & June 1, 2025 at Camp Mikell. Exact times and more information will be sent closer to training.
Thank you so much for your interest in being a Counselor at Camp Mikell. Being a volunteer counselor is one of the most difficult and rewarding jobs you will ever have. You will be an important and integral part of the ministry of Mikell. Camp Mikell Summer Camp is only able to happen because of you and your gifts.
A few reminders:
- It is expected that you will register for Youth Camp or Work Camp.
- If you do not register for Youth Camp or Work Camp, there will be a charge of $600.00 to cover your expenses to counsel. If you are not registered for Youth or Work Camp you must register for the session titled “Non-Camper Counselor”. This is where you will pay the $600.00 and have access to the health form.
- All Counselors must have a completed Health Form prior to counseling.
At times we do not have room for all/some 10th grade applicants. This is not a personal reflection on you, but it is just the reality of having a lot of good applicants.
